Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician fluent in Spanish and/or Vietnamese to support our expanding client community. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and seek hands-on experience in behavioral health, education, or therapy.

In this role, you will deliver one-on-one ABA services in a home setting, helping clients develop vital communication, social, and daily living skills. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as language proficiency significantly benefits our families.

What You’ll Do 📝

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines
• Track progress and complete session documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to achieve client goals

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓🚗

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in psychology, education, social work, or related fields preferred
• Strongly preferred bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Vietnamese
• Experience working with children a plus
• Experience with autism or developmental differences highly valued
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Willingness to travel between client homes
• Ability to complete Live Scan fingerprinting

Schedule & Flexibility 🕒

• Sessions typically 3–4 hours
• Opportunities for longer shifts based on availability
• Monday–Friday with optional weekends
