ABA Dynamic is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy. Our team serves a diverse community, and we value candidates who can facilitate effective communication between clients, families, and clinical teams.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus when it supports client communication needs

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the home setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Partner with caregivers to reinforce learning
• Complete accurate session documentation

🎓 Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
