About the Role

ABA Dynamic is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We serve a diverse community and value candidates who can facilitate effective communication between clients, their families, and our clinical teams.

🌐 Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) to support client communication needs

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions within the home setting
• Follow treatment plans crafted by a BCBA
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce learning strategies
• Maintain accurate and thorough session documentation

🎓 Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
