• Role: Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home-Based ABA
• Location: Brooklyn, Queens, and surrounding areas, New York
• Language Skills: Mandarin speaking skills a plus

About the Role

We are hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide effective in-home ABA therapy. Your role will involve supporting clients' developmental goals while collaborating with families and clinical teams to foster strong communication and progress.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) to support client communication needs

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes 🏡
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA 📋
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development 🌱
• Partner with caregivers to reinforce learning at home 🤝
• Complete accurate session documentation 📝

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred 🎓
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification 💼
• Experience working with children is a plus 🌟
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 💬
