  • Team Collaboration: Participate in care team meetings and collaborate with school and community personnel.
  • Communication: Regularly contact collateral supports, including youth, families, and other providers.
  • School Observation & Collaboration: Observe children in school and coordinate with educational staff regarding behavior plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred; degrees in autism, special education, social work, or related human services required.
  • Licensing & Driving: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance.
  • Experience: Prior experience in behavior modification with children.
  • Skills & Qualities: High-quality care commitment, sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and discretion.
  • Modeling & Teaching: Able to demonstrate and support positive behaviors effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, flexible, and reliable with strong independent working capabilities.
  • Agency Practices: Ability to understand and implement agency philosophies, accept feedback, and meet productivity targets.
