Location: Remote in the US 🇺🇸

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities — maintain and grow SQL targets on a monthly basis.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify prospects and create opportunities within target accounts, focusing on ideal personas.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
  • Travel for conferences when necessary, leveraging these events as primary channels for lead generation.
  • Implement sales development best practices using email, phone, and social outreach via enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospect communication plans.
  • Be creative, outgoing, and persistent in contacting new customers and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Personal drive, energy, and enthusiasm to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Previous experience in tech sales.
  • Excellent connector — able to start conversations with individuals at all management levels.
  • Sales development experience (SDR, BDR) — a significant advantage.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Outreach, HubSpot, etc. — advantageous.
  • Phone skills — a "phone animal" eager for engaging conversations with prospects!
  • Experience selling to local government and state agencies — a plus.
  • Passion for AI tools — comfortable working with AI-driven solutions and technology.
  • Language requirement: Hebrew — mandatory.
  • Reporting lines: You will report directly to our CRO and collaborate closely with the sales team.
