📋 Job Description

The Banking Associate plays a vital role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at our store locations. Your responsibilities include handling daily banking transactions accurately and providing insightful advice to help customers achieve their financial goals.

🔍 Depth & Scope

• Processing customer transactions, opening accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services
• Building trust through educational content, consultative support, and proactive insights
• Utilizing TD's systems to deepen customer relationships by offering advice and guidance
• Understanding customer needs to promote relevant products, services, or refer to specialists
• Handling banking transactions and assisting with issues related to accounts, cards, and digital banking
• Engaging with customers through lead management activities and outreach efforts

🎓 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (volunteering, education, military, etc.)
• Customer service skills preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Teller experience is a plus
• Completion of Teller training and platform training upon hire
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred

• Providing legendary customer service and promoting TD products
• Building and nurturing customer relationships through engagement and needs assessment
• Managing wait times and setting appointments for customer consultations
• Representing the first point of contact for inquiries and resolutions
• Supporting TD’s customer service strategies and ensuring policy adherence
• Completing compliance and training requirements diligently

• Processing transactions accurately following regulatory guidelines
• Maintaining secure cash drawers and adhering to authentication policies
