• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, understanding their personal financial goals.
• Help plan for future milestones such as buying a home or opening a credit card with tailored solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital banking methods through our app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners for complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to attract new customers and schedule financial checkups, understanding evolving customer needs.
• Follow all policies and procedures for cash handling, compliance with laws, and regulations.

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Punjabi
• At least 2 years in sales or customer service, with a track record of goal achievement
• Strong questioning skills to identify customer needs
• Experience in building relationships and recommending products via in-person and phone interactions
• Proficiency with digital tools supporting business objectives
• Problem-solving aptitude for customer issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners
• Self-motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking
• Flexible to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pass pre-employment screening
• Candidates must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of application

Compensation & Benefits 💸

The salary range for this position is $28.75 - $35.38 per hour. Actual pay depends on factors like location, skills, and experience.
