Overview

The key to our business success lies in sourcing materials from overseas and domestically, ensuring timely delivery to contractors' job sites, and continuously developing new customer and vendor relationships to enhance our supply chain capabilities. We’re looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic professional with experience in procurement and back-end operations to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Handle sales and purchase processes for piping components between customers and vendors.
• Manage billing, invoice verification, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Coordinate payments and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in back-end operations involving sales and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoice verification, inbound/outbound logistics, AP/AR management, and payment processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both English and Korean, written and verbal. 🗣️
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
