We are seeking a diligent researcher to identify, contact, and gather detailed commercial data from medium-to-large textile factories in Vietnam, aiming to create a thorough wholesale catalog for export purposes. 🌏

🔍 Scope of Work & Target Fabrics

The focus is on established textile manufacturers capable of handling B2B/export volumes, excluding small retail shops. The targeted fabric categories include:

• Natural Silk: Mulberry silk, Tussar silk, satin silk, shantung, and traditional Vietnamese weaves (e.g., Nha Xa or Van Phuc styles at factory scale).
• Linen & Hemp: 100% natural linen, hemp fabrics, and eco-friendly blends.
• Premium Cotton & Eco-Blends: Organic cotton, bamboo fabrics, Tencel/Modal blends.
• Handcrafted/Premium Aesthetics (Factory Scale): Naturally dyed textiles, eco-printed fabrics, and high-quality traditional patterns suitable for modern fashion brands.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities & Process

1. Market Mapping: Identify 10–15 reputable textile manufacturers/factories in Vietnam, primarily around Hanoi/Northern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City/Southern provinces.
2. Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact export or sales departments via Phone, Zalo, WhatsApp, or Email.
3. Data Collection: Interview factory representatives to gather precise wholesale commercial terms.
4. Catalog Assembly: Request and download digital catalogs, product sheets, and high-resolution fabric photos.

📝 Required Deliverables (The Report)

The final submission must be organized in an Excel or Google Sheets document with the following structure:

A. Company Information

• Factory/Company Name
• Location/HQ Address (including region: North / South)
• Website & Contact Details (Phone, Email, Zalo/WhatsApp of export manager)
• Active Export License? (Yes / No)
• Current Certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ISO)

B. Commercial & Product Terms

• Fabric Types Available: Composition details (e.g., 100% Silk, 60% Linen / 40% Cotton)
• Fabric Specifications: Width (cm/inches) and GSM or Momme
• Price Terms:
  • EXW Price (per meter/yard)
  • FOB Price (per meter/yard)
• MOQ: Minimum order quantity (meters per order/color)
• Production Lead Time: Average time for standard B2B batch
• Sample Policy: Availability of free samples and international shipping costs

C. Visual Materials

An organized Google Drive folder containing digital catalogs, price lists, and fabric photos labeled by factory name.
