Position Overview

• Role: B2B Sales Representative / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Business Development
• Type: Permanent, full-time, direct hire (W2)
• Compensation: Base salary + full benefits + uncapped commission (includes a guaranteed non-recoverable draw for the first 12 months) + residuals
• Location: Field outbound sales (not inside sales or inbound)
• Clients: Small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), not enterprise clients

Key Responsibilities

• Sell POS systems, payment terminals, online ordering platforms, and payment processing solutions to SMBs 💳
• Schedule in-person appointments at client locations to demonstrate solutions that streamline operations and increase revenue 🏢
• Support deployment of systems and provide hands-on training for smooth integration and optimal use ⚙️
