About the Role

We are hiring a talented B2B Sales Engineer fluent in Hebrew and English to support solution selling, technical consulting, and customer-facing sales activities. This full-time position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with potential for a hybrid work setup in the future.

Your Responsibilities 🤝

• Attend customer meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demos (online & phone)
• Provide technical expertise to support sales objectives
• Prepare technical proposals and engaging presentations
• Apply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive communication with clients
• Analyze customer needs and develop competitive technical solutions
• Advise customers and internal sales teams on product and technical specifications
• Deliver technical training sessions when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline sales processes
• Ensure follow-up on opportunities and inquiries
• Handle objections and manage competitive pressure effectively
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Requirements ✅

• Native-level Hebrew (mandatory)
• Fluent English proficiency
• Experience in B2B technical sales / sales engineering
• Strong presentation and solution-selling skills
• Ability to work remotely within an international environment

What We Offer 🎁

• Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
• Remote role with a Bulgarian contract based in Sofia
• Gross monthly base salary: 4,633 BGN
• Target bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarter

• Assistance in finding accommodation in Sofia
• Company-paid accommodation for 10 days or more
