🔍 Exciting Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

📋 Position Summary

This role demands extensive experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, inventory control, import/export compliance, and ERP system operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing operational efficiency with a customer-centric approach.

🔑 Role Responsibilities

  • Demand & Production Planning: Manage customer demand forecasts and production scheduling activities.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipment schedules and logistics operations ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Trade Compliance: Handle import/export documentation and ensure adherence to trade regulations.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management: Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee warehouse operations, and cycle counts.
  • Customer Service & SAP Transactions: Process customer claims, execute SAP sales orders, and manage transactional activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support seamless execution of customer requirements through collaboration across departments.
  • Operational Reporting: Prepare reports and maintain documentation using SAP, Excel, and other tools.

📝 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2B supply chain and customer operations, including order fulfillment and logistics within a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate among Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Technical, and overseas HQ teams for smooth operations.
  • Support Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing by managing demand forecasts and inventory planning.
  • Ensure supply chain efficiency by overseeing shipment schedules and working with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers.
  • Manage import/export operations, customs, and trade documentation such as USMCA Certificates of Origin and commercial invoices.
  • Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material flow to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer portals, packaging specs, shipment data, and operational records.
  • Identify and resolve operational and customer issues, implementing corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
  • Execute SAP ERP transactions, including order processing, invoicing, claims, and month-end closing activities.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in business operations and/or logistics is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, energetic, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

💪 Physical Demands

  • Primarily seated at a desk working on a computer for at least two-thirds of the time.
  • Minimal lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance required.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
