About the Role: Growth Marketer (Singapore)

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketer to drive and accelerate our B2B presence in Singapore. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can seamlessly switch from strategic campaign planning to executing complex outbound outreach in one afternoon. 🧑‍💻

You will lead growth initiatives in Singapore, owning projects end-to-end, and thrive in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment where chaos is an opportunity for innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive Singapore’s B2B growth strategy, managing the pipeline from lead generation to conversion, including some support for North Asia.
  • Outbound Mastery: Set up, manage, and optimize outbound outreach campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
  • Event & Campaign Execution: Organize impactful webinars, trade shows, and events from start to finish.
  • Performance & Analysis: Collaborate with the performance team, dive into data, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative Content: Develop compelling sales materials, thought leadership pieces, and regional messaging.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and build relationships with top-tier local partners and sponsors.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • The "Owner" Mentality: Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish and be accountable.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Experience founding, working in startups, or managing high-engagement side projects.
  • Chaos Compatibility: Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment without losing focus.
  • The Growth Toolkit: Broad expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, campaigns, and events.
  • Bias Toward Action: Self-starter who experiments and scales proactively.
  • Strategic Instincts: Deep understanding of customer needs and regional market positioning.

Bonus Experience

  • SEO and content strategy expertise.
