About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Growth Marketer to lead our B2B expansion in Singapore. This isn’t a conventional marketing role; it demands versatility, agility, and a readiness to pivot between strategic planning and tactical execution.
You will be the key driver for growth in Singapore, owning projects from start to finish, thriving amidst the chaos, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. ⚡
Your Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Develop and implement growth strategies for Singapore, including parts of North Asia, managing pipelines from lead generation to conversion.
- Outbound Mastery: Design, manage, and optimize complex outbound outreach sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers.
- Event & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute impactful events, webinars, and trade shows from inception to completion.
- Performance & Analysis: Collaborate with the performance team on retargeting and ABM strategies; analyze data to refine approaches.
- Creative Content: Develop compelling sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, and messaging tailored to the regional tech landscape.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Forge and manage local partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- "Owner" Mentality: Proven ability to complete projects independently and deliver results.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Experience in startups, founding a company, or high-engagement side projects.
- Chaos Compatibility: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple complex tasks.
- The Growth Toolkit: Broad knowledge of performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization.
- Bias Toward Action: Self-starter eager to experiment and scale initiatives.
- Strategic Instincts: Ability to understand customer needs and craft resonant positioning in Singapore.
Bonus Skills
- SEO and content strategy expertise.
- Design skills (Figma/Adobe Suite).
- Experience with AI-native workflows.
