About the Role: Growth Marketer (Singapore)

We're seeking a dynamic Growth Marketer to lead and expand our B2B presence in Singapore. This role is anything but traditional; it requires a versatile individual capable of switching from high-level campaign strategy to executing intricate outbound sequences within hours. 🌐

You will be the key driver of growth in Singapore, managing projects end-to-end and thriving in a fast-paced, chaotic environment that fosters innovation and agility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Develop and execute Singapore’s B2B growth strategies and support North Asia markets, focusing on pipeline targets from lead generation to conversion.
  • Outbound Mastery: Design, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns aimed at enterprise decision-makers.
  • Event & Campaign Execution: Lead high-impact webinars, trade shows, and events from start to finish.
  • Performance & Analysis: Collaborate with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, with comfort diving into data to refine strategies.
  • Creative Content: Produce compelling sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, and regional messaging.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and build strategic local partnerships and sponsorships.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Owner's Mentality: Proven track record of delivering projects independently from start to finish.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Startup experience, founded a company, or driven impactful side projects.
  • Chaotic Compatibility: Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing multiple workstreams.
  • Growth Toolkit: Broad expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, campaigns, and events.
  • Bias Toward Action: Self-starter with a passion for experimentation and scaling.
  • Strategic Instincts: Ability to understand customer needs and craft resonant positioning for Singapore market.

Bonus Experience

  • SEO and content strategy expertise.
  • Design skills (Figma/Adobe Suite).
