We are seeking a highly skilled B2B prospecting and cold calling specialist to elevate our business development in Quebec and French-speaking Canada. 🌎📞

Overview

This role involves identifying qualified prospects, managing lead lists, making cold calls, following up with potential clients, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, familiar with the Quebec accent, adaptable to local business culture, organized, autonomous, and proficient with CRM tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research & Lead Management: Build, clean, and organize qualified B2B prospect lists.
  • Cold Outreach: Make cold calls to business owners, executives, marketing managers, sales leaders, or operations managers.
  • Present & Qualify: Clearly present our services and qualify prospects based on set criteria.
  • Objection Handling: Address objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Follow-Up: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn as appropriate.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings directly into our team’s calendar.
  • CRM Documentation: Record all interactions in the CRM, update lead statuses, and maintain a clean sales pipeline.
  • Feedback & Optimization: Offer insights to enhance scripts, targeting, and messaging strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written French, with strong knowledge of Quebec French and the accent.
  • Experience: Proven success in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Communication: Confident engaging decision-makers and business owners.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
  • Prospecting Skills: Ability to prepare, clean, and structure prospect lists effectively.
  • Organization & Follow-Up: Strong follow-up skills and disciplined in managing the sales funnel.
  • Autonomy & Results: Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools.

Project Objective

The primary goal is to generate qualified B2B meetings with potential clients interested in our services. Quality of meetings takes precedence over call volume.

  • Complete documentation of follow-ups in the CRM.

  • Weekly reports covering:

    • Common objections encountered
    • Suggestions for campaign improvement

Collaboration Details

We are seeking a recurring partnership, beginning with a trial phase to assess call quality, understanding of the Quebec market, CRM discipline, and ability to secure qualified meetings.
