Join our team and be a part of a nurturing and client-focused wellness center.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various massage techniques, with a strong focus on Ayurvedic therapies. As a Massage Therapist at Ayurvedamrut, you will provide high-quality services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall wellness for our clients.Responsibilities:-Provide a range of therapy services, including but not limited to Ayurvedic massages (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, etc.), myofascial, craniosacral, and other therapeutic techniques.-Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate therapies to address individual health and wellness goals.-Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during sessions.-Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all therapy rooms and equipment.-Educate clients on the benefits of specific therapies and wellness practices.-Customize therapies based on clients' needs, including focusing on areas of the body requiring special attention.-Collaborate with other wellness practitioners (Ayurvedic doctors, Ayurveda Practitioners, etc.) to deliver a holistic approach to client care.-Maintain accurate client records and follow up on therapy plans as necessary.-Stay updated on Ayurveda therapy techniques, products, and wellness trends.-Comply with all local, state, and company policies and regulations regarding massage therapy.Qualifications:-Valid state licensure for massage therapy (CAMTC Id and Certification is MUST).-Certification or training in Ayurvedic massage techniques preferred.-Experience in performing a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone therapy.-Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.-Passion for holistic wellness and natural healing methods.-Ability to provide client-centered care with attention to detail.-Willingness to learn new techniques and engage in continuous professional development.Preferred Skills:-Experience in Ayurvedic practices or a strong interest in Ayurvedic healing.-Knowledge of herbal oils, herbal therapies, and natural body products used in Ayurveda therapy.-Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).Benefits:-Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.-Opportunities for professional development and training in Ayurvedic therapies.-Supportive and harmonious work environment.How to Apply:If you are passionate about holistic health and want to be part of a growing wellness community, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to info@ayurvedamrut.usAyurvedamrut Wellness Center is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
