Haley Automotive Group Is Hiring An Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator Bilingual

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support within our dealership environment.

Position Summary

  • Knowledge of Company Products: Familiarity with labor rates, menu item prices, models, series, options, warranties, vehicle maintenance, standard equipment, and specifications.
  • Customer Sensitivity & Empathy: Demonstrates care and understanding towards customers, with a strong interest in exceeding their expectations.
  • Effective Communication: Capable of addressing customer hesitation and resistance with patience and empathy.
  • Professional Image: Projects a positive image during every telephone interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively across all dealership departments, charting and monitoring daily activities.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • Post-secondary education or training
  • Previous experience in a similar role (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales and service
  • A pleasant and courteous personality
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in phone and computer skills
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written in English and Spanish) and interpersonal skills
