Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership 👋
• Showcase vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and warranties 🚘
• Answer customer questions related to cars, financing, and the purchase process ❓
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation following best practices 📝
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values to secure favorable deals 🤝
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to determine financing and ownership options for each customer 💼
• Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles 💬
• Prospect potential customers to generate future business opportunities 📈

Skills and Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English 🗣️🌐
• Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building 🤝
• In-depth knowledge of dealership vehicles, finance options, and sales processes 📚

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year 💵
