What You Will Do

• Build and nurture client relationships: Engage daily, providing tailored support and deploying customized solutions that help clients succeed 🤝
• Manage client projects end-to-end: From project scoping to recruiting experts and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and specialists 🎯

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required) 🎓
• 0-3 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles 📊
• Professional fluency in English and German 🗣️🇩🇪
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 💡
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable reaching out via phone 📞
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment 🔄
