🎯 Description of Duties
- Partner collaboration: Work with global and cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and deliver projects from start to finish, overseeing scope, schedule, milestones, and budgets.
- Stakeholder communication: Serve as the main contact to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, approvals, costs, and resource priorities.
- Project coordination: Handle daily logistics, communication, and documentation; facilitate meetings with agendas and summaries; monitor tasks and risks.
- Project closure support: Assist with post-project reviews, archiving, product testing, and evaluations.
- Content translation: Help prepare and translate collaboration materials (documents, presentations) in English and Japanese.
- Language support during meetings: Provide real-time interpretation in English and Japanese as needed.
📝 Summary of Requirements
- At least 1 year of project leadership or related experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including issue resolution, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Good gameplay skills and the ability to identify key marketing opportunities (preferred)
- Experience supporting business initiatives and working within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Japanese business practices
- Fluent in both English and Japanese, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Valid passport for potential international travel
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or equivalent

💼 Additional Details
This position is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid work model requiring regular onsite presence following division guidelines. Fully remote work is not available at this time.
The role offers a competitive pay range: $34.28—$54.81 USD per hour, along with potential semi-annual performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
