About the Role
The **Associate Producer / Travel Coordinator** will primarily be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for Gaia’s talent, guests, staff, and crew, ensuring seamless logistics for studio recordings, remote productions, and live events. Additionally, the role involves supporting content production activities, including guest coordination, research, fact-checking, and editing support. This versatile position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities ✈️🎥
- Travel Management: Book and coordinate all flights, hotels, and transportation for talent, guests, staff, and crew to and from Gaia’s studios and remote locations.
- Release Facilitation: Manage signing and archiving of media and appearance releases from talent and guests.
- Content Support: Assist with fact-checking, sourcing B-roll, graphics, and other visual elements needed for video editing.
- Production Coordination: Maintain production notes, schedules, and team communications; help develop innovative approaches to producing content.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work with editors and business affairs to ensure rights and clearances are secured, and legal standards are met.
- Research & Guest Booking: Identify and book experts and guests relevant to Gaia’s content themes.
Qualifications & Skills 🌿
- Educational Background: 4-year degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verified, transferable work experience in related roles.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere; familiarity with After Effects and Photoshop is a plus. AI content creation tools are a bonus.
- Language: Bilingual abilities in English and French, Spanish, or German are preferred but not mandatory.
- Membership & Citizenship: Gaia membership strongly preferred; US citizenship or valid work visa required.
- Other: Must be a non-smoker and able to work onsite in Louisville, CO.
