Job Description

Under the guidance of the PAS manager, the Associate Patient Access Representative assists patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for both scheduled and unscheduled visits. This role involves collecting accurate demographic, insurance, and patient liability information (if known) at the time of service. Additionally, the individual performs financial clearance functions for assigned scheduled accounts during registration and handles miscellaneous client service activities such as valuables collection and providing basic customer service. The representative greets and serves patients professionally, courteously, and respectfully to promote positive interactions.
