Job Description
Under the supervision of the PAS manager, the Associate Patient Access Representative is responsible for assisting patients during on-site registration and arrival processes for scheduled and unscheduled visits. This includes accurately collecting demographic, insurance, and patient liability information at the time of service. The role also encompasses financial clearance functions on scheduled accounts during registration and various client service activities such as valuables collection and delivering excellent customer service. The individual greets and serves patients professionally, warmly, and respectfully to foster positive interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle structure
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and ability to maintain computer and office equipment skills
- Ability to complete assigned functions efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base pay range of $13.66 - $20.48 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, incentives, or bonuses.
