Who You Are

• Educational Background: Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience: Over 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Legal Credentials: Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Registration: Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Skills: Exceptional writing skills and outstanding academic credentials.
• Analytical Ability: Comfort in conducting complex and detailed legal analyses.
• Communication: Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Team-Oriented: Enthusiastic about collaborating within a dynamic team environment and contributing to strong team relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000. The final offer will depend on your qualifications and experience, with adjustments made for flexible work schedules. 💰
