Who You Are

• Educational Background: Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience: Over 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Legal Credentials: Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Patent Registration: Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Writing & Academic Excellence: Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Analytical Skills: Enjoy conducting complex and detailed legal analyses.
• Communication: Comfortable engaging with diverse clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Flexibility

The salary for this position ranges from $235,000 to $310,000. The offered salary will depend on your qualifications and experience, with adjustments for flexible work schedules. 💰
