About The Role

As part of our Member Support team, you'll guide current and prospective members through their journey with Hinge Health. This multifaceted role involves becoming an expert on our programs, eligibility, enrollment, and billing procedures. You'll utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address member inquiries effectively, navigating multiple tools and systems to deliver efficient, high-quality resolutions. Your goal is to provide a best-in-class member experience, fostering trust and satisfaction.

While this entry-level position typically suits candidates with 1-2 years in a member-facing role, we value solution-oriented individuals with a growth mindset, independence, and strong communication skills. Our fast-paced environment requires adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, offering abundant opportunities for growth and continuous learning. What You'll Accomplish 🎯

  • Become an expert in all things Hinge Health, including troubleshooting common member challenges
  • Strengthen member relationships by providing friendly, professional support through email, phone, and chat
  • Communicate promptly, clearly, and empathetically to ensure member satisfaction

Basic Qualifications ✅

  • Fluency in both written and oral communication in Spanish and English
  • Availability to work a variable schedule within our hours (4:00am - 7:00pm PST), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • At least one year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • At least 6 months of technical support experience
  • Excellent communication skills and soft skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and workflows confidently
  • Flexibility to adapt schedule based on business needs, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to effectively work remotely with punctuality and clear communication

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • At least 6 months of technical support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working remotely
  • Background in healthcare or technology, especially in fast-paced settings
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Experience with Zoom Contact Center, Freshdesk, or similar systems
  • Experience working with AI technologies

Compensation 💰

This role offers an annual salary plus equity and benefits. Salaries are estimates based on location and experience:

  • Tier 3: IL, MD, MA, NH, NY, RI, TX, VA, WA, WI, AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA:
  • $18.75/hr - $28.13/hr
  • Tier 4: AL, AZ, AR, FL, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY:
  • $16.96/hr - $25.44/hr
