About the Role: Associate Banker at Chase

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment: Greet clients warmly upon entry, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and handle scheduling or cancellations of meetings.
• Exceed client expectations: Assist with daily transactions, open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions: Guide clients on using tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their convenience.
• Build meaningful relationships: Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and introduce clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial objectives.
• Perform branch operations: Manage cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
