As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand with hospitality, utilizing the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology to provide friendly, attentive service. Your contributions will help the branch succeed by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment: Greet clients, make them feel appreciated, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
- Assist with transactions and accounts: Help clients with daily transactions, opening new accounts, while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on technology: Demonstrate how to leverage Chase Mobile App, ATMs, and other self-service options to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
- Build meaningful relationships: Actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, show empathy, share product knowledge, and introduce clients to our team of experts to achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations: Manage cash devices, such as vaults and ATMs, while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations through attentive, friendly service
- Build trusted relationships with genuine care and concern
- Engage clients with clear, polite communication; anticipate needs
- Resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail
- Enhance the client experience through teamwork, care, and sincerity
- Learn products, services, and procedures efficiently
- Previous client service or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent reading and speaking skills in both English and Korean
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions
- Cash handling experience
