About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and sales-driven Full-Time Sales Leasing Assistant Manager at our Bowie, MD location. This role involves mentoring in sales and account management, converting referred customers, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Your Responsibilities

• 📝 Educate customers on pricing, features, and benefits of rental agreements.
• ✅ Ensure accurate paperwork processing to secure merchandise delivery and store payments.
• 🤝 Build relationships with team members to improve store operations.
• 🔗 Network, gain referrals, and educate staff on rental procedures.
• 📂 Maintain account records and assist customers in updating expired accounts.
