Role Overview

The Assistant Pastor will serve under the supervision of the Senior Pastor to assist in leading the church and shepherding the Cantonese-speaking congregation towards a vibrant, loving, and committed relationship with Jesus Christ, as outlined in the church's Vision Statement. This is a full-time ministry position requiring total dedication and commitment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Pastor in shepherding and leading the church community.
• Provide pastoral leadership to various ministries, including preaching, teaching, caring, and outreach within the Cantonese-speaking congregation.
• Assist with administrative duties related to pastoral work.
• Contribute to ministry planning and execution in collaboration with the Senior Pastor.
• Participate in various projects as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
