🔍 Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager, Tech Consulting

Note: No Visa sponsorship available. Bilingual Japanese is mandatory. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Tech Consulting is an experienced professional capable of collaborating with executives in a fast-paced, distributed environment. You will work alongside peers and support teams across various Client-US functions, contributing to the success of the Tech Consulting and Partner Strategy teams. Your expertise will help develop strategies to identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that promote growth, innovation, and global scalability. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership.
• Ensure partnerships align with company objectives and deliver measurable business value.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, security, governance, and data management.
• Create customer-facing artifacts such as presentations, demos, architectures, proposals, and statements of work.
• Lead and participate in industry events, partner meetings, and engage with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Language Skills: Bilingual Japanese and English are mandatory.
• Professional Experience: 5+ years in project management, partner management, business development, or similar roles.
• Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating proposals, and delivering technical presentations.
• At least 2 years leading cross-functional initiatives or supervising small teams (formal or matrix).
• Hands-on experience assessing technology environments, gathering technical requirements, and formulating solution proposals.
• Proficiency in guiding customers through digital transformation, including cloud adoption, security, and governance.
• Ability to produce customer-facing artifacts such as demos, architectures, and proposals.
• Strong executive presence, with experience presenting at industry events and managing C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—and technical documentation expertise.
• Proven success in managing partnerships with measurable revenue or adoption outcomes.
• Experience working with sales, product, and marketing teams to launch joint initiatives and product integrations.
• Familiarity with BI reporting, project management tools, and creating performance dashboards.
