About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager / Bilingual Human Resources Professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and personnel. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business goals within a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Supporting line managers with generalist HR advice
• 📝 Reviewing and developing modern HR policies and procedures
• 💼 Managing employee relations, including performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, case management, and investigations
• 🔍 Leading recruitment efforts
• 🚀 Facilitating onboarding processes
• 📊 Interpreting industrial tools and reports
• 📚 Supporting learning and development initiatives
• 🎯 Assisting in implementing engagement and retention strategies
• 📝 Raising and amending employment contracts as required
• 🚧 Traveling to site for dispute resolution and other HR-related matters

Requirements

• 🎓 A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• 🤝 Generalist HR experience

• 🔍 Proven ability to handle complex workforce issues independently
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptability to new systems
• 📋 In-depth understanding of full employee life cycle activities and advising line managers accordingly
