Assistant HR Manager / Bilingual Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and personnel. This role plays a vital part in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, within a diverse and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting line managers with generalist HR advice and guidance 🤝
• Reviewing and developing contemporary HR policies and procedures 📄
• Managing employee relations including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, case management, and investigations 🕵️‍♀️
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members 🚀
• Interpreting industrial tools to ensure compliance and best practices ⚙️
• Supporting learning and development initiatives for staff 📚
• Implementing engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture 💼
• Raising and amending employment contracts as needed ✍️
• Site-based travel for dispute resolution and on-the-ground support ✈️

What You'll Need to Succeed

This is a comprehensive HR role requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders to meet organizational goals. Ideally, candidates will possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline 🎓
• Generalist HR experience handling a variety of workforce matters
• Contemporary process and systems-driven approach to HR management ⚙️
• Proven experience managing complex workforce issues independently 🧩
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and quick adaptation to new systems 💻
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and advising line managers effectively 🔄
