Position: English/Japanese Bilingual Property Operations / Asset Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual professional to support various aspects of residential property management, including working with third-party management companies, liaising with tenants and stakeholders, coordinating renovation projects, and handling cross-border communications with Japanese investors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of property operations and investor relations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with property management companies on tenant matters, maintenance, leasing, and operations 🏘️
• Review property and financial reports to provide regular operational updates 📊
• Support renovation and capital improvement projects including scheduling and tracking budgets 🛠️
• Assist with investor communication and prepare cross-border reports for Japanese stakeholders 💼
• Manage banking, insurance, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution 🤝

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property management, asset management, or residential real estate operations 🏢
• Proven experience in overseeing renovations and property operations 🛠️
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese 🗣️
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently 🔄
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 🧩
