Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Drive sales of high-precision measurement and testing systems to customers across Italy.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships — from initial contact to closing deals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently, including prospecting, negotiations, and successful contract completion.
• Analyze market potential and implement targeted sales strategies to grow business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Sales Engineers, ensuring successful market development.

Your Profile 🎯

• Solid background in electrical engineering or a related field, with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, Bachelor’s degree).
• 3–5 years of experience in technical or sales roles, ideally within an international environment.
• Proficiency in customer consulting, proposal development, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
