Reporting to the Area Director – Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, you'll work closely with regional partners and global teams to unlock market opportunities. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the region's commercial and brand building strategy, ensuring the achievement of key objectives and performance targets
• Develop and strengthen relationships with regional distribution partners, driving business plans and sustainable growth
• Own the delivery of Profit and NSV targets, proactively managing risks, opportunities, and market dynamics
• Drive brand strategy and execution, aligning annual brand plans with distributors and global teams to maximize market share and brand equity
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights, pricing strategies, and value chain optimization for sustainable growth
