• Location: Saddlebrook, NJ (On-Site)
• Salary: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Draw architectural plans for retail store locations
• Make revisions and submit for city permits and permit exemptions

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in retail operations
• Capable of conducting site surveys, taking measurements, and drawing architectural and MEP plans
• Previous experience with the city permit process

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (a plus)
• Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred), to facilitate communication with Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors
