What We Look For In an Arabic Tutor ⭐

• Advanced Subject Mastery: Deep knowledge of Arabic script, morphology, conjugation, case marking, Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) grammar, regional dialects, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and cultural literacy. Ability to explain complex concepts like trilateral root system, verb forms, hamza rules, and distinctions between MSA and colloquial Arabic, preparing students for academic or professional proficiency.
• Teaching & Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at teaching reading, writing, root-pattern vocabulary, and grammatical structures. Capable of guiding students through verb conjugations, noun-adjective agreement, and authentic texts, while connecting MSA with dialects and related topics like Islamic studies and Middle Eastern politics.
• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptability: Familiar with Arabic curricula and common challenges, using workbooks, media, and practical exercises to support learners from beginner to advanced levels, including those preparing for ACTFL proficiency or academic Arabic.
• Effective Teaching Methods: Able to identify student difficulties, explain concepts through multiple approaches, and tailor instruction to various learning styles and individual needs.
• Communication & Engagement: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, motivating teaching style.
