About the Role

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Arabic Speaking Caregiver to join our team. Your role will involve supporting clients with their daily living needs in a respectful, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, committed to providing quality care, companionship, and assistance within clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide respite care primarily for the client's wife. The client is self-sufficient but experiences dementia.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Arabic and English.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the care manager or supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Fluent in speech and comprehension of Arabic.
• Previous caregiver, CNA, or home health aide experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to pass background screening and provide references.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Compensation & Application Details

Hourly Rate: $12.00 – $17.00
