🔹 About the Role

As a Home Health Aide, you will offer essential support with daily activities, ensuring our clients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for each day.

📝 Your Daily Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks to promote comfort and independence.
• Mobility Support: Encourage prescribed exercises, help with transfers from bed to chair, and reposition clients to prevent pressure points.
• Diet & Medication: Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and remind clients about medication schedules.
• Continence & Safety: Provide discreet continence care and maintain a safe, clean environment through housekeeping tasks like laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping (if able to drive).

✨ Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Arabic is essential to connect effectively with diverse clients. 🇦🇪🇺🇸
• Certification: Valid HHA or CNA certification is required. Candidates without certification are encouraged to apply, as training and certification can be obtained through our program.
• Personal Attributes: Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to support seniors effectively.
