About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social skills, and daily living activities, while helping reduce interfering behaviors.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for helping children with autism 🧩
• Patience and Compassion
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Minimum age of 18+ years
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not already certified within the last year)
• Successful background check
• Comfortable with various physical positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Completion of Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour
