About the Role

We are seeking skilled Arabic Linguists to provide interpretation, transcription, and translation services in diverse OCONUS locations. You will deliver cultural and ethnic insights, ensuring accurate communication and understanding in support of national security efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation, transcription, and translation: Facilitate clear communication across languages in various operational settings.
• Contextual analysis: Provide expert opinions on the meaning and intent behind terms, phrases, or statements that may have multiple interpretations.
• Cultural proficiency: Offer insights into local customs and culture to enhance contextual accuracy.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Level 3/3 (ILR) in target language and English — native proficiency preferred.
• Ability to comprehend: Understand all speech in standard dialects with minimal paraphrasing.
• Local cultural knowledge: Familiarity with local customs and able to operate effectively within the community.
