Job Opportunity: Arabic Language Instructor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Arabic language teacher to join our team for a freelance position. If you meet the criteria below, we'd love to hear from you!

Course Details

• Location: Memphis 📍
• Type: One-to-one conversational Arabic lessons
• Venue: Benjamin L. Hooks Library, Memphis
• Course Duration: 30 hours (15 sessions x 2 hours each)
• Schedule: Once per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays from 3:00 pm onwards; Saturday and Sunday afternoons available

Student Profile

• Age: 17 years old (teenager) 🎓
• Current Level: Intermediate
• Motivation: Interested in Middle Eastern politics and history, planning to study these topics in college
• Language Requirements:
  • Native Arabic speaker OR hold a teaching degree
  • Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
  • Valid work visa
  • Reside within 20 miles of Memphis location

Additional Details

The class schedule and location can be flexible based on your availability and the student's needs. The hourly rate is negotiable, depending on your qualifications and experience. Please note this is a part-time freelance position; we are unable to sponsor work visas.
