Additional Notes & Requirements

  • Assignments may be specific to a country or temporarily/indefinitely to neighboring regions based on mission needs.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing day-to-day work tasks as mission requirements evolve.
  • Quick thinking and professional handling of issues that may arise.
  • Basic computer skills, including Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel, and typing ability.
  • Compliance with local culture and customs.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and stress.
  • Physically fit to perform duties outside the wire and participate in missions.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in both the foreign language(s) and English, with clear pronunciation and grammar.
  • Capable of providing accurate translations and interpretations in various formats, including DOCEX, verbal, audio, and training operations.
  • Availability to work any hours and days based on mission needs.
  • Prepared for deployment in extreme, austere, and potentially hazardous environments, including war zones.

Phased Hiring Process

Candidate success depends on passing and maintaining:

  • References, criminal, and credit screenings
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Security clearances: preferably active C3 Top Secret; consideration for active C2 Secret
  • Language proficiency assessments (read/write/listen/speak)
  • Vetting process, which may include polygraph testing
  • USCENTCOM deployment qualification as a contractor
  • Appropriate country clearance and visa, as required

Arabic/Hassaniya (pending client position/ready state) 🗣️

Citizenship & Security Clearance

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
  • Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
