Are you a seasoned QA specialist? Do you excel at mentoring others and uphold a high standard of data quality? You will act as the Quality Gatekeeper, connecting Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) with Team Leads to guarantee that human feedback is accurate and world-class.

🎯 The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop

• Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit DLA work, providing structured, actionable feedback to foster team-wide improvements.
• Tactical Support: Serve as the first line of defense for linguistic questions and interpret evolving guidelines to keep the team aligned.
• Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands-on training sessions for new associates, helping them navigate Arabic dialects and AI safety protocols.
• Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues, identify blockers, and escalate risks proactively to prevent delays.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze patterns in human and model behaviors to influence the evolution of project guidelines.

📋 Project Details

• Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Location: Washington State (On-Site options in Redmond, Seattle, or Bellevue)
• Pay Rate: $38 per hour

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or HITL workflows
• Linguistic Mastery: Professional proficiency in Arabic with a University Degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
• English Fluency: B2 level or above to manage stakeholder communications and technical reports
• Leadership Instincts: Experience auditing or reviewing others’ work, coaching without micromanaging
• Detail Obsession: Commitment to high-quality standards while adapting to real-time guideline changes
• Safety Mindset: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-based evaluation within a GenAI environment
