We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and pick & pack
• Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks
• Coordinate cargo deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and organize operational data
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Work with shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (Spanish is a plus) 🌐
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in wholesale fashion or warehouse operations
• Experience with receiving imported goods, inventory management, and logistics
• Understanding of ERP systems and warehouse management software preferred
• Ability to communicate in Korean for internal coordination and email correspondence when needed
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Comfortable with documentation and data management
• Familiar with wholesale platforms such as FashionGo, N41, Faire, and Shopify
• Basic proficiency in Excel preferred 📊

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and develop shipping, receiving, and inventory staff
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
• Foster a structured, efficient, and team-oriented work environment
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement
