  • Visit production facilities to evaluate and standardize quality processes, establishing a quality scorecard, and driving continuous improvement through training and engagement with factory partners.
  • Develop and implement a unified quality strategy covering fabric testing, pre-production evaluation, and compliance with international regulatory standards.
  • Utilize customer feedback (ratings, reviews, returns) to conduct root cause analysis and proactively enhance product quality.
  • Create and maintain reporting tools to monitor inbound and outbound quality metrics, ensuring team alignment across locations.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of 4 direct reports situated at the Factory, Distribution Center, and Corporate Office.
  • Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to maintain and improve quality standards across facilities.

What You’ll Bring 🎓

  • Extensive experience in factory production, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving product quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams in both U.S. and global settings.
  • Data-driven mindset with keen attention to detail and strategic insight generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborative approach with interpersonal agility and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with PLM systems (Yunique preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, or related disciplines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
