About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will serve as a vital communication link between our customers in the US and Canada and our manufacturing offices and factories across Asia. Your contributions will ensure smooth production processes and high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers in the US/Canada and our offices/factories in Asia 📞🌏
• Assist the VP with product development, costing, and follow-up on purchase orders 📝✨
• Support the Assistant Production Manager with costing activities 💰
• Review weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports with the VP to identify and resolve issues or delays 🚦
• Oversee all pre-production and production activities such as sample requests, product development, costing, and ensuring customer requirements are met 🎨🧾
• Complete special projects assigned by management 📋

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Education & Experience:

• College degree or equivalent professional experience 🎓
• 2-3 years of apparel production work experience preferred 👕
• Strong attention to detail 🔍
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively 🗂️
• Proficiency in Excel is required 📊

Language Skills: Bilingual in Mandarin and English 🈶️📝

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $43,000 - $53,000 USD 💵
